Free standard shipping is included on every eligible order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value. We do not currently ship internationally, and local pickup is not available for online orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated FedEx transit time of 2–4 business days — a total estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@ripcitytradingcards.shop before returning any item and we will email you a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received, inspected and approved.

Factory-sealed trading card products must remain unopened, with their factory seals intact, to qualify for a change-of-mind return. If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will cover the return shipping.
